RIOC Cancels November Board Meeting So RIRA Cancels Tonight's Roosevelt Island Town Hall Meeting - Nothing Going On?

RIRA President Frank Farance sends the following message advising that tonight's RIRA Town Hall Meeting has been cancelled because there will be not be a November RIOC Board of Directors meeting.

The RIOC meeting was canceled. There is no need for a RIRA town hall meeting.

Apparently there are no Roosevelt Island issues for the RIOC Board to act upon this month. Below is the notice of RIOC's November Board of Directors meeting cancellation.
