Hopefully sufficient committee members will be able to make the early starting time to make any decisions. Look forward to see the webcast.

The RIOC meeting looks promising, but look at the amount of items on the Agenda.

The Start time should be around 6:30-7:00pm in the Good Shepard Chapel for the people with jobs that don't get home before 4:00pm.

Not everyone or most people can watch a webcast of this meeting at work or even at home.

I really want to know what the heck is going on with the Tram shutdown, slated for 3/1/10 not that many weeks away.

I am not hearing of the Contingency plans-where are the posting for those?

The MTA thinks we don't have any problems here with the F train, we have had MAJOR problems with it for the last 6 years and it has gotten increasingly worse with more new residents.

Also, the MTA is proposing more service cuts in Queens Subway lines, that will also impact the F train.

Maybe RIOC should warn all the new Residents before they sign new leases in Riverwalk.

Also- NO MORE NEW BUILDINGS- YOU HAVE TO NUTS TO EVEN THINK OF THREE MORE NEW BUILDINGS- WE CANNOT -THIS ISLAND HANDLE WHAT WE HAVE NOW.

ENOUGH ALREADY WITH THE TOTAL RUINATION OF A TINY ISLAND ON THE EAST RIVER.

I have another Suggestion- all RIOC non Residents be forced to live here and see what it is like in the AM, no Red buses coming, cannot get to work on the F Train, the Tram at Capacity now, etc.
