Hello Everyone,
We would like to invite you to party! This Saturday, September 18th, Roosevelt Island celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with a performance from New York City Latin music group Willie Villegas y Entre Amigos! Willie Villegas and his band will move the crowd with a variety of Hispanic music from Bachata to Salsa and also offer an education in the history of the various musics and their related cultures. Come to the meditation steps across from Blackwell House for the two dance-worthy shows at 2pm and 3:30pm as well as Arroz con Pollo, Frijoles and more delicious Latin food!
