Scenes From Saturday's FDR Four Freedoms Park Preview For Roosevelt Island Residents


 Last Wednesday was the FDR Four Freedoms Park Dedication Ceremony  for VIPS, Thursday was a Ceremony for United Nations representatives and yesterday Roosevelt Island residents got a Special Preview of the park before it officially opens to the public on October 24.
