I thought there was going to be 2 Trams all day on the weekends, regardless of the F-train schedule. There was and I think there is still only 1 tram running. This is not according to the schedule. Even when the train is running both ways there were 2 Trams from 11:00 AM on. More nonsense.

The regular schedule is departures at :00, :15, :30, and :45 from the RI side and :07, :22, :37, and :52 from the Manhattan side. Did the tram not follow that schedule last weekend? I did when I took it the few times.

When the F train is out the tram runs on rush-hour schedule between certain times.

The last time the subway was running both ways, the tram still ran 2 cabins on the weekend. One of the operators told me that both trams would run during the day up till 8:00 since it was needed, even if the train was running in both directions. The starting time for 2 cabins would be later if the train was OK., and earlier if there was no service one way on the train. I guess I was expecting the tram every 7 minutes. Maybe the gentleman running the blog can get a clarification of the schedule. Thank you YetAnotherRier for the info.
