Car Stopped On Roosevelt Island East Seawall Promenade Early Monday Morning By Public Safety Department Leads To Arrest Of Driver By NYPD For Outstanding Assault Warrant

According to the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Daily Public Safety Incident Report:

9/1/14 - 0227 - 531 Main St - Car Stop - NYPD/PSD responded. NYPD made arrest.
Roosevelt Island Public Safety Director Jack McManus adds that the car was driving on the East Seawall Promenade when pulled over by Public Safety Officers who notified NYPD. The NYPD officers from the Queens 114 precinct learned of an outstanding assault warrant and arrested the driver.

Yeah. Nice job security. Perform a car stop then dial 911 to clean the crap up. Then when the 114pct comes, who by the way hate roosevelt island and psd, they learn the guy has a warrant and take him anyway.

So in essence, psd step in crap and made someone else clean it up, which was the responding 114pct sector.
