The crowd of stranded F Train ridersI love it when the NYC subway system @MTA leaves me stranded on Roosevelt Island with no way home 😊😊😊😊😊— Amanda Chen (@amandafob) January 2, 2016
were waiting for the Q102 bus to take them home. Unfortunately, first Q102 bus to come had to pass them by without stopping because it was full.
The best place to avoid the crowd at the subway station to catch the Q102 was
a short walk up the Commons to the stop next to the Riverwalk Bar.
As of 7:25 PM, most of the stranded passengers were gone from Roosevelt Island. Hopefully, they will be home soon.
