Frigid Weather And Insanely Long Lines Greet Residents Waiting For Roosevelt Island Tram This Morning Due To F Train Subway Service Disruptions

Roosevelt Island residents started this frigid Monday morning learning there was no F Train subway service and finding huge lines

waiting for them

at the Roosevelt Island Tram station.
A Roosevelt Island tipster shares these photos and reports:
No F to Manhattan. Crowds up to the Kiosk

from both sides of the Tram.

Line now goes around the Kiosk to under

the Queensboro Bridge.
According to the MTA, a water condition at West 4th street station caused delays and service changes on many subway lines including the F.
The Roosevelt Island Twitterverse adds:
MTA tweets that service is restored but with extensive delays.
And the Roosevelt Island Tram lines are back to normal.
