Power Outage At The Roosevelt Island F Train Subway Station - No Trains, Lights, Escalators Or Elevators Working, MTA On Scene Trying To Fix.... Again

In a repeat of what happened early Saturday morning, April 29, this morning the power went out at the Roosevelt Island F Train subway station. F Trains are bypassing Roosevelt Island and no lights, elevators or escalators are working.

Roosevelt Island residents arriving at the F Train this morning

are being told to use a shuttle bus to 21st Queensbridge to get the F train

or take the Tram.
Plan on a crowded Tram ride.

MTA, What's going on with the Roosevelt Island F Train power?

UPDATE 8 PM - Roosevelt Island F Train service was restored at about 2 PM.

NY 1 reports leaking water was the cause of the Roosevelt Island subway station power outage.
