while dozens waited on platform and stairs.

There was also Roosevelt Island subway confusion today with the E Train running on the F Line

As reported yesterday, the E train will replace the F train for Roosevelt Island subway service to and From Manhattan this weekend.

Also, long lines at the Tram Stations will continue through the end of year due to the Roosevelt Island Tram Platform renovation project.
