According to the MTA:
F Coney Island-bound trains run via the M from Roosevelt Av to 47-50 StsThe Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) adds:
Weekend, 11:15 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon, Oct 25 - 28
No Coney Island-bound service at 21 St-Queensbridge, Roosevelt Island, Lexington Av/63 St and 57 St.
The MTA has advised that there will be no Manhattan bound F trains beginning October 25th-28th from 11:15 PM Friday to 5 AM Monday.and:
The F train service disruption to Manhattan will continue on the following weekend:
November 1st - 4th from 11:15 PM Friday to 5 AM Monday.
Trains will be rerouted via the M line.
For service to Manhattan, take the Queens - bound F train to Roosevelt Ave and transfer to a Manhattan bound F train.

Please be advised on Sunday, October 27th, 2013, from 6:00AM-2:00PM, Roosevelt Island Tram personnel will be conducting a semiannual tramway rescue & evacuation practice drill on one tram Cabin.
Tram service will not be disrupted.

If there is only one tram running on Sunday, that is a disruption. Both trams usually run, and they start even earlier when the F is out in one direction. Expect long lines for the Tram.
Hello RIOC...who there is on happy pills to pull such crap! Doesn't anyone in RIOC know how to think? By the way, we pay your salaries, so maybe we oughta organize and get you all fired!
The tram ran every 7.5 minutes when I took it today.
My original post was referring to Sunday when they are doing the evacuation and rescue drill. They use one cabin. Maybe someone will decide that it should not be done on a no subway day.
