New RIOC President Charlene Indelicato Starts Work This Week - She Will Be Our Roosevelt Island Neighbor As Well
I had been hearing rumors yesterday that a new President for the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) was about to be announced. During yesterday's RIOC Real Estate advisory committee meeting, I asked RIOC Directors present as well as Acting President Don Lewis and CFO Steve Chironis if a new President was selected. All indicated no knowledge of such an appointment.Ms. Indelicato started work this week as the new RIOC President and attended her first RIOC Board Committee meeting yesterday - the Real Estate Advisory Committee meeting on status of Southtown (Riverwalk) Building 7 negotiations with Hudson Related Companies. The meeting was held in Executive Session, closed to the public, but before getting kicked out, I took this picture of Ms. Indelicato sitting (on right) with RIOC Staff and Directors.
Earlier today, I received word that Charlene Indelicato was to be named RIOC President at tomorrow's RIOC Board meeting....
Earlier in the afternoon, Ms Indelicato met with Hudson Related's David Kramer.
Have any of you met Ms. Indelicato yet. Octagon building residents will be seeing her often since she will be moving there.

I strongly suspect that there will be a difference with a RIOC President who actually lives on the island.
i dont understand why she did not move into roosevelt landings .the rioc office is across the street. also roosevelt landings is a luxury apartment building. we in roosevelt landings live in luxury housing
yes roosevelt landings doses have a doorman. when ever you see a few people sitting in front.well one of them is the dooorman
Agreed. Anybody know if any prior RIOC Pres lived on RI?
I wish she'd chosen to subject herself to the privilege of experiencing the proactive, resident-focused management team that is Manhattan Park.
I guess she took one look at the unending facade work and said thanks but no thanks!
Let me guess: Indelicato is leasing in Southtown - atop the train station, in case she needs to make a quick getaway. Am I right or am I right?
I'm pretty sure that none of them did.
