 The Roosevelt Island Residents Association (RIRA) will be holding it's December Monthly meeting tonight at the Good Shepherd Community Center Lower Level Room (8 PM). As always, prior to the start of each meeting there is a public session in which any resident can come and address the Common Council Delegates on any issue of concern.

The Public Session of the December RIRA Common Council Meeting will include a presentation by Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Chief Financial Officer Steve Chironis of RIOC's Proposed 2011 -2012 Fiscal Year Budget to the RIRA Common Council.
