RIOC Spokesperson adds "There were no injuries. The bridge was wet and slippery. One vehicle lost control & skidded into an oncoming vehicle."
I wonder who was responsible for that accident??
My guess is that a speeding or drunk driver is responsible for all this mess....because they are usually responsible for more than 80% car accidents allover this world....
In Canada drivers that participate to illegal races can get $10000 tickets....if drunk drivers would get the same penalty I'm sure they won't do this mistake twice:)
