The Encampment Update - Call for Creative Collaborators
Thom Sokoloski, the artist behind The Encampment (October 5-7), sent a message asking for those interested in participating in the creation and realization of this project to be installed at Southpoint Park Roosevelt Island to contact him at EncampmentCollaborators@gmail.com. If you are interested please contact them by September 1.

This seems really weird to me - who ever heard of this guy? Will we get the press, business revenues and City incentives Christo's orange things in Central park got, or will it simply drain our resources?
