Skyscraper at Southpoint Park?

Click here for a stunning Youtube illustration of what a Skyscraper at Southpoint Park Roosevelt Island might look like. There is also what looks like a footbridge from Southpoint to Manhattan.

The horizonal hula hoop- I bet it is more like the arm and hand strock. I seriously doubt that you have ever been with a women that you did not pay for.

I was almost going to say that it looked like the Marriott they were thinking of building at the Southern end, but I guess it can't be, since they show the construction work for the Riverwalk buildings, so it must be more recent. I wonder what the design is? A footbridge to Manhattan would be interesting, though we have some fairly tall container ships + the DEP boat that need to clear any constructs on the East River (Manhattan side)
