Sincerely,
Roosevelt Island Operating Corp Advisories Group
- The station is fine. Would've been nice if they'd fixed the Manhattan elevator first.
- Just fix the elevator!
- They are penny wise and pound foolish. Paint over the problems, like band aids... FIX THE ELEVATORS so that the Elderly, Handicap and those darn baby strollers can make it down to the street level.
Please be advised that the Manhattan Station Tram Elevator is out of service pending delivery of a replacement part. The elevator is expected to be back in service by Wednesday, April 23rd. Until that time, the red Passenger Lift will be available as necessary. Thank you for your patience as we undertake this necessary work.
Sincerely,
Roosevelt Island Operating Corp Advisories Group
