According to the MTA Weekender, there will be Roosevelt Island F train service

to and from Manhattan this weekend.

The MTA adds:

F Additional service operates between 179 St and 2 Av

Weekends, 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday, Dec 12 and 19 11 AM to 6 PM, Sunday, Dec 13 and 20
