Join Kuiper Kat's Astronomy for a full day of observing at Roosevelt Island!May not have been a Supermoon, but I saw a pretty big moon last night.
We'll start off with solar observing, then end the day with some stargazing, leading into the last Supermoon of 2017!
Solar observing will be from 1pm-3pm with stargazing from 5pm-8pm.
DIRECTIONS: Take the Roosevelt Island tram onto Roosevelt Island. Firefighters Field will be to the right, as you exit. We will be near the entrance of the park.
