Roosevelt Island Residents Lynn & Teresa Shore-Shourds Producing Off Broadway Show Friends! The Musical Parody - Check It Out

Husband and wife Roosevelt Island residents Lynn and Teresa Shore-Shourds are currently producing an off-Broadway musical parody


of the very popular TV sitcom Friends.



Lynn Shore introduces us to Friends! The Musical Parody:
FRIENDS! The Musical Parody has opened off-Broadway to standing ovations and sold out shows. 

It was fun putting this show together. My wife Teresa and I worked with the parody kings, Bob and Tobly McSmith to create a very funny and clever script. Adding in superb music from Assaf Gleizner and topping it off with amazing staging from Director Paul Stancato, this show is being well received by audiences and critics alike. In fact, my favorite quote is from Theater Life; 'Friends! The Musical Parody will make you laugh so hard your face will hurt, your eyes will tear, and you’ll be ready to come back and see it over and over again.’ You can read the entire review here.

"FRIENDS! The Musical Parody was rehearsed right here on Roosevelt Island downstairs in the big room at Good Shepard Church. So, there’s a great chance Islanders heard them or saw them milling about the island eating at Subway, or Wholesome Foods.
