UPDATE - 2/23- Mr. Guerra provides the following update on Grandparents Safety Day:
Grandparents Safety Day held at the Senior Center on Wednesday, February 18th was a success. The Seniors enjoyed spending time at the various Safety Stations receiving goodies and Safety Tips from several agencies. Besides the tables of the Public Safety Department and SafeKids NYC, we also had a table from the Fire Department which provided Fire Safety tips. The Visiting Nurse Service also was present and even provided Free Blood Pressure readings. Refreshments were served throughout the day and a good time was had by all.
