According to the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Public Safety Report for 2/28 -2/29:
Criminal Mischief - At the Motorgate Garage unknown subjects made numerous large scratches to a parked vehicle. NYPD filed a report.Another recent incident at the Motorgate Garage was listed in the 2/17 - 18 Public Safety Report:
When I asked RIOC what item was stolen and at what time, RIOC's spokesperson answered:Stolen Property - Inside Motorgate. NYPD and PSD on scene.

When will the cameras be installed?? That should eliminate most of the problems at Motorgate!!!
I think management is the problem. I would not assume the scratcher is a skateboarder. I'm thinking inside job.
Inside job as in the parking people or the owner? Thats a little silly.
