Below is the Agenda for today's Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Board of Directors Meeting.
AGENDAIt will be interesting to see if the Cornell SEQRA environmental review resolution reported in this post is still on the Agenda at the time of the meeting and if it has been revised by RIOC Staff to meet the objections (limiting resolution to SEQRA Environmental Review approval and nothing else) of RIOC Board members expressed during Operations Committee Meeting last Monday.

I got the impression that new licenses were on hold until the locations were worked out, etc, but Mr. Softee was at the Tram on Sunday, 3/11.
Yup. The Mr Softee knock-off has been selling its goods for the last few days in front of the tram. How did she get away with this? If she's allowed I'd love to see a real ice cream truck as well (Van Leeuwen anybody?)
