RIRA President Joins Riders Alliance Fix The Subway Campaign - Says Roosevelt Island Residents Have Hard Time Getting To Work In Morning Due To F Train Subway Overcrowding, Need Solutions And Funding

Roosevelt Island Residents Association (RIRA) President Lynn Strong-Shinozaki joins the Riders Alliance campaign seeking increased funding for NYC subways. According to Ms Strong-Shinozaki:

@MTA Passengers at the Roosevelt Island station have not been able to board Manhattan-bound F trains for about seven or eight trains now. Been waiting for 45 minutes to board

This has been this way for years.
The MTA has done nothing measurable to change this. Maybe shifting the M line to run to Roosevelt Island along with the existing F line might work. Something has to be done.
