Beautiful Picture Of Roosevelt Island Cherry Trees Under Cover Of Snow As Seen Across The East River From Manhattan - Resident Asks Cornell NYC Tech For Help In Forming A Cherry Tree Necklace Around Roosevelt Island

During the January 29 meeting of the Cornell Roosevelt Island Construction and Community Task Force, resident Lynn Strong-Shinozaki asked Cornell to consider placing cherry trees along the eastern side of their campus to help form a necklace of cherry trees around the perimeter of Roosevelt Island.



The Cornell reps appeared to like the idea.
