Roosevelt Island's NY State Senator Jose Serrano and NY State Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright are co-sponsoring an emergency preparedness course with The American Red Cross.

According to Senator Serrano:

This training provides a comprehensive overview on how to prepare for natural and man-made disasters.
