Also, hitting the stairs and railings with a power washer each day would be nice. The hand rails on the interior stairs are always covered in pigeon droppings.
As are the rails and floors in Motorgate! The car wash is getting mighty expensive to get the poop off. I'm at the point of frustration that I might want to start a Motorgate rent strike until they clean it up.
The elevator was supposedly overhauled as well yet it keeps breaking down. And, why so long to have it repaired?
The atrium continues to be dirty despite the power-washing of a couple of years ago which indeed missed the rails/floors. Even though the power washing hit the windows, it missed the grimy metal window edges. The structure should be thoroughly scrubbed and then the same raptor recording system that was effective in banishing pigeons from the train station should also be installed at Motorgate atrium.
For some reason, it always takes RIOC a long time to repair that elevator. Also - isn't there an elevator at the N end of Motorgate that remains out of service for I don't know how many years?
The elevator was purportedly overhauled in addition nonetheless it keeps breaking down. And, why see you later to own it repaired?
