Criminal Mischief- At 595 Main Street a window was broken by unknown perp. PSD responded and conducted a search of both seawalls and from 510 to 625 Main Street with negative results. PSD report done.
Criminal Mischief- Adj 540 Main Street a window was broken by unknown perp. PSD responded and conducted a search of Stairwells from 19th to the first floor with negative results for the perp. PSD report done.
Escort- At 546 Main Street an escort was done for a male to retrieve his personal property from a resident's apt. PSD provided the escort. PSD report done.
Aided- At 300 Main Street the Tram an ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS. PSD responded. PSD report done.
Investigation-At 540 Main Street persons known to the tenant were knocking on the apt door continuously. PSD responded but they were gone. PSD report done.

$1,400.00 PSD responded. Victim will go to NYPD and file a report on

Lost Property- At 2 River Road handicapped Motorist lost his NYC
handicapped Parking Permit. PSD report done. Handicapped male will go
to NYPD on his own. PSD report done.
Investigation- At 575 Main Street a tenant was complaining about
another of noise allegedly causing vibrations. But tenant wrote a
letter, came by the apt and also called 4 times. No source of the noise
from tenant advised to contact RY mgt, and PSD when noise occurs. PSD
report done.

Hazardous Condition_ At 580 Main Street a mattress was left by the stairwell "7S". PSD responded. UA Answering service notified. Periodic patrols conducted of the area to ensure no unsafe no one sets the mattress on fire. PSD report done.

Investigation - Motorist claims motorgate employee tool air out of
tires and vandalizing vehicle in past. No damage was found. PSD report
taken.
1/25/08-700 AM to 1/26/08-700 AM
Aided- At 549 Main Street a female previously had surgery and had
additional discomfort. EMS took aided to the Hospital. PSD responded.

Littering-At 595 Main Street a male was littering on Main Street. PSD
responded and issued a summons. PSD report done.
Aided- At 560 Main Street a female with a cast on her foot stated she
had discomfort and pain. EMS responded and transported aided to the
hospital. PSD report done.
Aided- At 250 Main Street a male sustained injuries while playing
Soccer. EMS responded and transported male to the Hospital. PSD
responded. PSD report done.
Investigation- At 556 Main Street there was smell of marihuana in the
hallway. PSD responded and conducted a search of the area for perp with

negative results. UA mgt notified and stated they were aware of it.

Aided- At 560 Main Street an ill person was taken to the Hospital by
Grestides supermarket. PSD responded. Asst Manager had perp sign a
trespass form. Perp cannot enter the store. NYPD was refused. PSD

Lost Property- At 580 main Street a female lost small luggage while
moving from the building. UA Asst Super and PSD responded. But the
luggage was not found. PSD report done.
Aided- At 560 Main Street a female broke her foot and was taken to the
substance on apt door in hallway and on plants. There was fear that the
substance could be toxic. NYPD, PSD and ESU/NYPD responded. NYPD
determined that the substance was in fact Baby Powder. PSD report
done.
1/27/08-700 To 1/28/08--700 AM
Smoke Condition- AT 540 Main Street a resident had accidently burnt
food which caused a smoke condition. PSD responded. No injuries and no
property damage. PSD report done.
Investigation- At 523 Main Street at the Beauty Salon the owner
complained about garbage and alleged it was not hers. PSD responded and
grounds. The garbage was removed. PSD report done.
Domestic Incident/Harassment- At 888 Main Street a common Law Spouse
was verbally abusive to the resident. He threatened to take custody of
the child they have together. PSD and NYPD responded. NYPD prepared a
domestic incident report and a harassment report. PSD report done.
Lost Property-At 580 Main Street a green suit case was found on the
10th floor. It was found by PSD and secured. PSD report done.
Aided- At 546 Main Street an ill person was taken to the Hospital by
EMS. PSD responded. PSD report done.
Violation of Family Court Order. At 552 Main Street a female
complained about her ex-boyfriend with whom they have a child in common.
He did not bring the back the child at the specified time. PSD and
NYPD responded. The matter was referred to Family Court. PSD report
done.
Graffiti- At 580 Main Street opp stairwell "V$" PSD found graffiti. A
search of the 4th and 7th floors yielded negative results. PSD report
done.
Also, RIOC President Steve Shane announced in the 1/26 Main Street WIRE (PDF File)that W. Keith Guerra has been named the new Director of Public Safety. Mr. Guerra is most recently a Detective in the Juvenile Aid Unit of the Greenburgh Police Department and before that was with the New York City Police Department.

Aided - 3 youths (1 girl and 2 boys) stuck in elevator of 510 Main St. Urban Service responds and corrects condition. Youths left scene w/o giving PSD any information.
Aided - Female aided had fallen on floor and was picked up by her son. Aided complaining of pain in legs. EMS responds and aided was transported to Mt Sinai.
Hazardous Condition - Numerous lights out on level 7D in motorgate parking garage. Manager Chris Pepe notified.
NYPD Arrest - 2 males in stairwell "T" of 580 Main St. One male fled, the other was placed under arrest by 114th for Criminal Trespass / Poss. of Marijuana

Investigation- At 551 a Tenant's adult son wanted access to mother's apt. PSD and RY Super responded. Son not on the lease. Contact made with tenant. There are serious problems with son. NYPD notified and referred the matter to land lord tenant court. PSD report done.
Aided-R/O 281 Main Street the Racquet Club there was a female sleeping in a car. PSD responded. Female is an employee of the Racquet Club and ok. PSD report done.
Hazardous Condition-At 900 Main Street a rusted piece of steel hanging on a pole. PSD responded. RIOC asst project manager notified and matter referred to RIOC engineer. PSD report done.
Child Custody Matter- At 552 Main Street there was a child custody matter between two tenants. PSD and NYPD responded. Matter referred to Family Court for further intervention. PSD report done.
Aided- At 40 River Road there was an emotionally disturbed male resident that was taken to the Hospital by EMS. PSD responded. No injuries to anyone. PSD report done.
Trespassing/Shop lifting- At 425 Main Street in the Duane Read Store a male perp was shop lifting. PSD and NYPD responded. NYPD told perp to leave the store. Perp signed a no trespass form and cannot enter the store again. PSD report done
1/29/08-700 am TO 1/30/08-700 am
Aided- At 580 Main Street a tenant opened her closet door and stated that it fell on her. PSD and UA Super responded. EMS refused. Tenant stated she will go to her private doctor. PSD report done.
Trespass- At 625 Main Street unknown perp entered an apt while the tenant was home. The tenant gave chasd and lost the perp. PSD responded and conducted a search of the "A" and "B" stairwell with negative results. PSD report done.
Investigation- R/O 560 Main Street PSD Officer smell the odor of Marihuana. PSD and UA Super responded. Prior to their arrival 2 UA porters exited the Basement. They refused to give the Officer access to the Basement. UA had a special meeting and the porters were suspended pending a termination hearing. PSD report done.

Graffiti-At 510 Main Street in stairwell "10C" there was graffiti discovered by PSD.
Search of the 7th to the 13th floors conducted with negative results for the perp. PSD report done.
Disorderly Conduct- R/O 688 Main Street while conducted a car stop the motorist became disorderly and was arrested by PSD. PSD report done.
Open Container/Disorderly- At 609 Main Street was drinking a beer in public. Additional PSD Officers responded as the perp became disorderly. He was placed under arrest by PSD. PSD report done.
Open Container-At 688 Main Street perp was drinking beer in the Motorgate Atruim. PSD responded and arrested perp. PSD report done.
Trespass- At 281 Main Street perp entered Racquet club with out permission or authorization. PSD responded. Victim refused to press charges. Perp was removed from the premises. PSD report done.
Court Oder Papers served-At 540 Main Street a resident had PSD serve another court papers concerning an on going child custody matter. PSD report.
Trespass- 546 Main Street perps were trespassing NYPD requested assistance. PSD responded. NYPD arrested the oldest the other were juveniles and released by NYPD. PSD report done..
Bench Warrant- AT 552 Main Street a male entered a warrant issue. PSD notified NYPD and per NYPD court papers in order.
