Roosevelt Island Flag Down At Blackwell House Turnaround This Morning

While walking towards the subway this morning at about 7:30 AM, Roosevelt Island 360 observed the American Flag laying on top of bushes at the Blackwell Turnaround and reports:

Flag down needs fixing

The Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Public Safety Report for 7:00AM 01/23/12- 7:00 AM 01/24/12 notes:

Condition - At Blackwell House. The flag is down. Corrected by RIOC Grounds personnel.

Later in day, around noon, the Flag was removed from bushes but still not back on Pole.
