Earlier today, I asked Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Public Safety Director Keith Guerra:
According to the Public Safety Report forRIOC's Press Spokesperson replied:
9/10 - 0511 - 455 Main St - Attempted Robbery - NYPD on scene no injuriesPlease provide additional details as to what happened. Was a weapon involved, the ages of the victim and Robber, what was attempted to be robbed, was the incident inside 455 building, on the Riverwalk Commons or on Main Street as well as any other relevant information.
Thank you.
We can tell you that the incident was outside of the building. As the report says, it occurred at 5:11 and there were no injuries.

Rick I respect what you do, and thank you for keeping this board running well, but you ask the same questions to every incident and obviously you get the same response.
I don't think rioc really gives a darn about your questions.
Perhaps a foil is needed?
Thanks again!
Goodluck,
I think it's fine that Rick keeps asking the PSD for more details but it is becoming a bit repetitive that he keeps posting his request for more info.
I think he's trying to point out the insanity of the PSD's non-response.
That's exactly right, thank you, could not have said it better myself.
Yeah but it obviously has to go through a RIOC spokesperson, who is obviously not allowed or whatever reason does not broadcast more info.
I am not a busy body for petty nuisance, but for felony offenses, I would like to know. Of course without outing the victim or giving the perpetrator a heads up.
I thought psd had detectives and undercover guys so this sort of thing does not occur. They seem to be spending money on unneeded things instead of hiring more officers to be a deterrent and arrest these guys. Seems to me like the director isn't doing things as promised to the community.
perhaps if they were constantly questioned, these peace corps would actually become peaceful and transparency would be finally reached.
What's a peace corps?
Clueless?
