newspaper editor Dick Lutz announced his retirement in the December 12 issue after 19 years on the job. According to Mr. Lutz:
... If I could magically grow younger instead of older, I would not vacate this post. But it is time to get on with other projects, deferred for 19 years while dedicated to this community enterprise.Click here for the full announcement.
