Roosevelt Island Operating Corp Needs A New President, Chief Financial Officer And VP Of Operations, RIOC Board Of Directors Meeting Today To Discuss - Also Real Estate Issues On Agenda Today
As reported February 23, Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) President Charlene Indelicato is leaving her position as of March 18 to take a position as Administrator of the Village of Dobbs Ferry. Current RIOC General Counsel Susan Rosenthal is expected to be named interim RIOC President pending the selection of a permanent President.
RIOC is also currently seeking to fill vacancies for Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations.
Later today, the RIOC Board of Directors are meeting in Executive Session, closed to the public, to discuss personnel issues. According to RIOC:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at The Cultural Center Roosevelt Room, 548 Main Street, Roosevelt Island, New York for the purpose of transacting such business as shall come before the Board.Among the reasons a RIOC meeting can be held in Executive Session are:
