Roosevelt Island Tram Only NYC Elevated Transit Option Operating During Stella Snowstorm Today - Watch "Blizzard" Time Lapse Tram Ride Video
While the MTA shut down the elevated NYC subway stations and airlines have cancelled flights in and out of NYC for today's snowstorm, the Roosevelt Island Tram has been carrying riders over the East River today. Resident Nick Turner tweets:
