Roosevelt Island Tram Service Will Be Restored To Normal 2 Cabins Operating Starting December 3 Says RIOC
Earlier today, I asked Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) President Susan Rosenthal:
Any update on when the tram inspection will be completed and normal two cabins service restored?A RIOC Spokesperson replied:
The original completion date was for end of November. Is that still the case?
Please be aware that, on Saturday, December 3rd, the Tramway is scheduled to return to its regular service schedule, utilizing both Tram cabins.As previously reported, Roosevelt Island Tram service has been reduced to a single cabin operating
Please note the last Red Bus shuttle from the Tram to Manhattan will be on Friday, December 2nd at 8 PM, and the last shuttle from Manhattan will be at 8:30 PM Friday.
