Roosevelt Island Retail Update - Not Quite Yet, But Roosevelt Island Liu Kou Shui Chongqing Hot Pot Noodle Restaurant On Main Street Almost Ready To Open - Southtown Jupioca Juice Bar Opening Soon Too

Activity could be seen today inside the soon to be open Roosevelt Island Liu Kou Shui Chongqing Hot Pot Noodle restaurant at 568 Main Street.

It appeared as though staff were setting up shop and tasting the noodle soup.

I've been told the store will open within the next couple of weeks.

As previously reported the Roosevelt Island Hot Pot location is intended to be the first of a new chain of restaurants.

Am looking forward to the opening..

The Jupioca Juice bar in Southtown next to Starbucks will open in a couple of weeks as well.
