Roosevelt Island Shops On Main Street Retail Master Leaseholder Hudson Related representative Arianna Sacks Rosenberg reports that Union Medical Urgent Care (520 Main Street)

and CDM Kids Learning Academy (568 Main Street)

plan to open this October. No word on when Trellis Diner

may open.

According to Ms. Rosenberg:

Both the urgent care and the daycare are expected to open in October. I believe Trellis is a bit behind them.

We are working with the Cushman and Wakefield team as our new brokers on Main Street. They should have new signage up this week.
