Last month, Andy Garcia and the crew of the film "City Island" were on Roosevelt Island shooting scenes for movie. Above is a brief clip of Andy Garcia and Emily Mortimer on the Roosevelt Island Tram.

By all reports Garcia was very nice and mingled with the Roosevelt Island crowd.
