Roosevelt Island residents started this frigid Monday morning learning there was no F Train subway service and finding huge lines
waiting for them
at the Roosevelt Island Tram station.

No F to Manhattan. Crowds up to the KioskAccording to the MTA, a water condition at West 4th street station caused delays and service changes on many subway lines including the F.
from both sides of the Tram.
Line now goes around the Kiosk to under
the Queensboro Bridge.
